When do affiliates get paid?
Please check your online invoice report to see the next affiliate payment date. Boltblue pay 2 months in arrears. Commissions earned in May 2005 are paid to the publishers in August 2005. This allows us to collect payments and review sales in the case of invalid credit, or even fraud.
Boltblue pays affiliates once they have accrued £50.00 of commission.
How do I get paid?
Boltblue ONLY pays affiliates by PayPal. We never pay affiliates by Cheque, BACS, etc.
Do I have to pay tax on my commission?
If you are self-employed this means that you have to pay National Insurance and taxes yourself. If you are representing a company you have to pay taxes and handle the VAT as dictated by the Tax Office.
I want to see how many sales I made.
Login to the Affiliate control panel and use the Quick report or transactions report to see your daily, weekly or monthly statistics.
How can you count sales made on my site when all your affiliates have the same telephone and SMS numbers?
Our system generates a four-digit code during the purchase confirmation pop-up window. These codes are dynamically generated from the Boltblue messaging system and link the specific item being purchased to an Affiliate account. Using this for digit code, we know which affiliate has generated the sale and what item is being purchased. When the customer orders this item, our systems will use this code to retrieve and deliver the item as well as update the affiliate sales information in real time.
I have a high number of clicks but no sales, is this normal?
Unfortunately we have no control over your click to sales ratio. Certain Afiiliates perform better than others when it comes to conversions.
How does Boltblue protect against Fraud?
We have many automated tools in place to alert us to possible fraud. Our team also monitors the activities of affiliates, to make sure that there is no suspicious activity. Fraudulent users will NOT be paid ANY commissions and will be terminated from the program. We have a ZERO tolerance policy for fraud and there are no exceptions.
